Information About Evolved Psychotherapy, LLC Service Rates

Payment is expected at the end of a session, which can be made, by cash, check, or credit card. Further scheduling will be reviewed and made at this time.

There is a 48-hour cancelation policy.

For individual therapy, please be aware that Evolved Psychotherapy only accepts BCBS otherwise, I will be considered out-of-network. I do not take insurance for couples therapy. If you have any out-of-network benefits for counseling, your sessions may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Upon your request, your therapist will provide you with a superbill for you to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. It is your responsibility to submit your receipts and obtain any reimbursement from your insurance company.

$140/$210 for 1- 1 ½ hour individual therapy session

$180/$270 for 1- 1 ½ hour couples therapy session

$300 – 1 Hour for therapy client's court/legal purposes

$5,500 flat fee for divorce mediation

Please check your therapy coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
